Limited Time in Iceland? Go for The Golden Circle

If your time in Iceland is limited to less than five days, exploring the Golden Circle is the perfect choice. This route allows you to experience some of Iceland's most famous landmarks without feeling rushed. Here’s how to make the most of it:

Take it Slow: Hire your own car to explore the Golden Circle at your own pace. This way, you can discover hidden gems and enjoy the stunning scenery without the pressure of a tight schedule.

Summer Adventures: If you’re visiting in the summer and are on a budget, consider renting a campervan or bringing a tent. Iceland’s campsites are affordable and well-equipped with essential amenities to keep you warm, clean, and safe.

Winter Comforts: During winter, if your budget allows, staying in hotels or guesthouses is a great option. Iceland’s accommodations are not only cozy but also offer a unique and enjoyable experience. However, if your budget is tight, you can still do the Golden Circle in one or two days and spend more time exploring Reykjavik, which is a fascinating city with plenty to see and do.
