Collective Effort
Each traveler can counteract the negative effects of climate change as an offset part of carbon footprint by donating 500 ISK. This amount will go to the Kolviður, Iceland Carbon Fund, that offers carbon sequestration through tree planting in Iceland.
Tree planting in Iceland not only helps reduce CO₂ emissions locally but also plays a
vital role in revegetating and reforesting the Icelandic countryside. For over a century, Icelandic forestry efforts have been dedicated to restoring the land and promoting sustainable growth.
